The beginning
Where it began
Alam Catering began with a twelve-year-old boy and a love for the kitchen. Chef Mounir Alam turned that early passion into a lifelong craft. Over the years he refined his technique and palate, and built a reputation for cooking that was generous, precise and true to its Lebanese roots.

A private chef to royalty
Chef Mounir became one of the most respected names in Lebanon's private catering industry. He served as private chef to Gulf royal families and Lebanese elites, cooking in Lebanon, across the Gulf, in Europe and in the United States.

Three generations
From father to sons
His sons grew up beside him at the stove. Inspired by their father's passion and expertise, they took up the trade and built on it, turning a private chef's craft into a full catering house. In turn, they have passed the same passion and trade on to their own children, the third generation of caterers in the Alam family.

Today, Alam Catering serves weddings, private celebrations, corporate events and gatherings across Lebanon from our Central Kitchen in Fanar. Five decades on, we bring the same heritage, care and standards to every table.
