Every celebration on the way to the wedding
A Lebanese wedding is rarely a single evening. Many families celebrate the engagement, then the henna night, then the wedding itself — each with its own guests, its own mood and its own table.
We cater every one of them. Planning them with the same team means the menus can complement each other rather than repeat, and the people serving your guests already know your family.
A buffet built around your guests
We cook with high-quality ingredients and offer a wide range of Lebanese and international dishes. Together we choose from appetisers, salads, seafood, cold and hot main dishes and delicacies until the table looks like the one you imagined. If you prefer, we also serve elegant seated dinners.
Live stations bring the kitchen to your guests and are often the moment they remember:
- Kharouf — whole roast lamb, carved in front of your guests
- Grills and BBQ
- Kebbeh nayeh
- Pasta, cooked to order
Service from setup to the last guest
One team handles everything your wedding needs: the food, the drinks, the chefs, waiters and bartenders, and the cutlery, tables and chairs. You choose as much or as little of it as your venue requires.
We cater weddings for more than 1,000 guests as well as intimate ones — there is no minimum guest count — at venues across Mount Lebanon, Beirut, North Lebanon, South Lebanon and the Bekaa Valley. All meat and poultry is halal, and any menu can be prepared without alcohol or pork.
How it works
How your quote is built
We cook with high-quality ingredients and offer a wide range of Lebanese and international dishes, so we don't publish a fixed price per guest. Every quote starts with a conversation about your event.
01
Share your vision
Tell us the occasion, the date, the venue, roughly how many guests — and how you picture the table.
02
Build the menu together
We guide you through appetisers, salads, seafood, cold and hot main dishes, delicacies and live stations — Lebanese, international or both — to fit your event and your budget.
03
Add service and setup
Drinks, staff — waiters, chefs, bartenders — and cutlery, tables and chairs: as much or as little as your venue needs.
04
Confirm your booking
Your quote reflects exactly what you chose. Confirm at least one month before the wedding.
Common questions
How much does wedding catering cost with Alam Catering?
There is no fixed price per guest, because no two wedding menus are the same. We first listen to your vision for the day, then guide you through the menu — appetisers, salads, seafood, cold and hot mains, delicacies and live stations — to fit your event and your budget. Drinks, staff and equipment such as cutlery, tables and chairs are added to suit your venue, and your quote reflects exactly what you chose.
Is there a minimum number of guests for a wedding?
No. We cater intimate weddings and celebrations of more than 1,000 guests with the same kitchen and the same care.
How far in advance do we need to book our wedding caterer?
Your booking must be confirmed at least one month before the wedding. Getting in touch earlier still gives us more time to shape the menu with you.
Can you cater at our wedding venue?
Yes. We cater at the venue of your choosing anywhere in Lebanon — Mount Lebanon, Beirut, North Lebanon, South Lebanon and the Bekaa Valley — and bring the staff and equipment the venue needs.
Is your wedding food halal?
Yes. All meat and poultry is halal, and any menu can be prepared without alcohol or pork on request.
