It began with a twelve-year-old boy and a love for the kitchen. Chef Mounir Alam turned that early passion into a career as one of Lebanon's most respected private chefs, cooking for Gulf royal families and Lebanese elites across Lebanon, the Gulf, Europe and the United States. His sons grew up beside him at the stove, and today they carry his craft forward as Alam Catering, serving weddings and events across Lebanon from our Central Kitchen in Fanar.
